We have been thoroughly obsessed with Bernie's Best All-Purpose Seasoning. Our family, friends and guests have complimented the full flavor of dishes that have been served with this seasoning. We use it on all types of meat dishes - barbecue, baked and pan-fried. Fresh or quarter-baked potatoes and veggies are totally awesome with Bernie's Best. Hi, Just dropping a BIG THANK YOU for making such an awesome versatile blend. I couldn't imagine cooking without Bernie's Best, it has truly SPICED UP MY KITCHEN. All of a sudden my husband enjoys my cooking. He can't get over how flavorful it is and my kids sprinkle it on EVERYTHING from their popcorn to sandwiches, salads, and cucumbers w/vinegar.
I always have a couple extra bottles on hand because if we ever run out of Bernie's Best I imagine it would be a catastrophic event in my kitchen (the 2 hour drive to Drumheller would quickly become a part of my daily errands). I just wanted to drop you this little note to let you know that I LOVE BERNIE'S BEST! I use it on EVERYTHING, and everyone that I give it to loves it! I purchased a bottle of Bernie's Best and used it in my home made tomato sauce. Actually, I didn't need very much for the true flavor of the tomatoes to come out! It is absolutely the best tomato sauce I have ever made and I've been home canning for many years. I especially enjoy the spice on tomatoes, but have tried it on all most everything and enjoy it thoroughly. I have recommended this spice to family and friends and hope they enjoy it as much as I do!

Hi Bernie! I've decided to get an early start on Christmas shopping. Could you let me know how much it will cost for 1 dozen bottles of Bernie's Best 7 oz. size? My kids all love your spice and want their own bottle. I appreciate the fact that it doesn't have MSG in it. The folks at the hotel are careful to buy product that doesn't have MSG, so perhaps I can get them interested in it as well. Good job!

Hi Bernie, There is a little shop in Red Deer that I'm sure would love to market your Spice! It's called Baier's Meats. It is a wonderful meat and Deli shop that carries a large number of specialty products. Have you heard of Blue Kettle? She does Salad Dressings and Chocolate Sauces, She has her product there. I tried the spice on freshly dug potatoes and it was wonderful. Thank you again so much for your generosity on Saturday, it was so nice to see you again!

I first picked up Bernie's Best not knowing what I was getting into. I thought, "This will be nice to add to my spice collection - maybe I'll even use it occasionally." Well, that was a few months ago. Now I find myself using Bernie's Best every morning on my omelet. And that isn't the end of it. Burgers, steaks, chicken, fish -- the list goes on and on. Every day I find myself thinking of new things to try it on!

Dear Bernie's Best. Hi, I just wanted to tell you how much my whole family loves your seasoning. We have tried it on just about everything we cook from soups to roasts. Dear Bernie, I had the occasion to dine at your restaurant while in Drumheller on vacation recently from the eastern part of Canada Nova Scotia. Our meal inside was great, and we also bought several take and bake lasagna which I treated my brother in Canmore to and which we all loved.
While at your restaurant my wife and I both took a sample of your spice powder, and found that we really liked it having used it as a steak spice, and also a spice for home pan fries. However, we were well away from Drumheller when we discovered our taste for it, and we could not return to get it. Do you do mail orders? Will I send you a cheque for several large size containers, and then you forward them to me? Please email me back your instructions as I would love to obtain some as soon as possible.

I'm married and have three children. Our family and my husband's family have been using Bernie's Best spice for a long time. My daughters have moved out and insist on having it in their homes. We us it on virtually everything we eat; soups, stews, eggs sprinkle it on bread before it goes in the oven to bake, French fries, fish roasts and spaghetti sauce.
We've been using Bernie’s Best since it first came out and then my husband's family became hooked. I've recommended Bernie's Best to my neighbors and friends and they all use it. It is hard to get the blend because we are in the country, but I know Bernie will ship it out in a second.

I was recently given a sample of Bernie's Best All-Purpose-Blend to use in my tea room kitchen. I tried it on salads, in soups and chowders and now in our cheese biscuits. Must write to tell you how much we are enjoying Bernie's Best seasoning. We have been using it since its beginning; on meats, vegetables and any dishes requiring spices at cooking time including eggs and egg dishes. Then it comes to the table, and tomatoes taste great with this seasoning. Since we should be cutting down on salt, we try to use only this seasoning, as we feel with the included herbs, we are cutting our salt intake. We recommend this seasoning to our friends, giving them samples.
One friend from Saskatchewan liked the seasoning and says that the only reason she goes to Drumheller is to pick up a jar of Bernie's Best. We keep it available, as we don't like to run out.

I recently received a bottle of Bernie's Best. I have to say that my family enjoys it very much and I particularly like it in cabbage rolls.
We have a dog that has an allergic reaction to the variety of poultry in dog foods. The vet recently put the dog on a steady but bland diet of cooked beef and rice. It was difficult to get our dog to eat this until . . . and I am sure you can guess where this is going. Yes, on a whim, I put a dash of Bernie's Best into the mix. I think our dog now thinks that this is people food. It disappears faster than you can whistle.

Hello all! I travel monthly to Drumheller on business and discovered Bernie's a couple of years ago. What a refreshing treat it was and I'll always remember my first taste of one of his gourmet burgers. There is truly nothing like it anywhere else!
I eventually learned that one part of his secret is the special seasoning he applies to many of his succulent dishes. I've been using Bernie's Best Seasonings on so many of my usual recipes that nothing can ever taste quite as good without it! I'm serious... one night I was cooking a steak on the BBQ and realized that I was fresh out of Bernie's Best. My heart fell and I imagined myself trying to spice up my meal with other substitutes when I suddenly remembered that I had bought some Bernie's Best for a friend as a Christmas stocking stuffer. Needless to say, that friend had to wait until after New Years to receive her very own supply!
It goes with everything...and I mean everything! I've used it in pasta dishes, fish, poultry, beef and casseroles. It's even become a standard in my spaghetti sauce, a recipe which has been passed down for generations. It just tastes better with Bernie's Best (I mix in a teaspoon as I brown the meat). I was so impressed with the quality of "all things Bernie" that I brought samples back to my own local IGA in the hopes that they would sell his product. More and more stores are now distributing this fine seasoning mix. Try some, you won't be disappointed!
